The hotel provided a convenient and hassle-free stay for our family funeral. The rooms, though tight, were clean and well-kept. The service, with some exceptions, was accommodating and thoughtful. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to the Maverick Center and some great sports bars. The rooms were spacious and having a jacuzzi in the room was a nice touch. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. However, the dining options could be improved with more variety, and the breakfast not being available early was a slight downside.

The room I had was a semi-suite with a sitting area separated by a half wall, and having a mini-fridge and microwave in the room was very convenient. The oversized recliner in the corner was a fantastic addition, especially when traveling with a baby.
